  Got online today to check the wait time at Rex Care in Cary. Wait time was 20-25 minutes so I checked in online to reserve my spot in line. The text from Rex said to arrive at 4:40 for a 4:50 time to be seen. When I arrived, they said three people had walked in since I had checked in online and they would be seen first. Well, if there was a 20 minute wait, why were they placed ahead of me when I checking in online before they walked in. Whether I am waiting at home or waiting there should not matter as long as I am there before they call my name. So basically, the online "check-in" is not helpful. They could not explain how it was helpful to check in online so don't use that method. It is also not very accurate as verified by the employees there. The doctors are helpful but the check in system is aggravating.
