  I have been coming to Preston Medical for over 20 years. But it is time to find another facility. I have had problems getting my test results in a timely manner. 7 weeks is unacceptable! Called several times and was told I would get a call back by end of day. That has not happened. Had to take time off from work to go to the office and ask for the results only to be told that the Dr. has not reviewed them yet! ! Really, 7 weeks and no one has reviewed the lab results. UNACCEPTABLE. . very disappointed in the staff.
