  I ordered $80 worth of balloons in the Crossroads location. They were to be in 3 groups. They were handed to me in a knot. When I called they told me they couldn’t give a refund but they would untangle them if I brought them back in. WHY COULDNT YOU GIVE THEM TO ME UNTANGLED IN THE FIRST PLACE!
