  I chose them as an alternative to the dealer. They are honest, reliable, and did the work for a fair price, certainly better than the dealer. From start to finish, the communication was excellent both from mechanic to service manager and from service manager to me. Everything is thoroughly documented and transparent. This way, nothing can fall through the cracks. Upon pickup, I received a very detailed and informative 8 page receipt that shows all notes, communications, prices, work done, etc. It's all there and very transparent. They provided a loaner car and the entire process top to bottom was hassle free. Will definitely go back there for any further work or maintenance needs for my Audi.

  I have had 2 good experiences with Import Motor Werks. Installed Tire Rack tires on one vehicle and service on another. Originally tried them due to the positive reviews and was not disappointed. Good communication and straightforward feedback without upsell. When you own an out-of-warranty Euro import, you need a good mechanic, and these guys fit the bill.
