  Horrible trading system, was not clearly outlined that you needed a controller and HDMI cable to trade a console, so I ended up having to pay for them (the HDMI cable was $11...). Some products were listed as used which meant they didn’t have as much trade in value as the website said, who would trade in new merchandise? The pre owned PS4 I received has dust on it. The controller that came with it didn’t have a working speaker and it was not black like the console. I returned the controller and the only other one they had there was white and it is really dirty and gross. There are cracks in the back of it. I never feel like I walk into GameStop to buy games, I feel like I go there to get ripped off.
  
  Update: The white controllers left thumb stick was broken as well, they are still charging me for a new controller anyways. What a joke
