  I take reviews pretty seriously, and what I read I take into consideration before trying something. I do realize most people only write reviews when they’re upset with something. However, Apartments at the Arboretum have been absolutely great so I just had to write a review. My boyfriend and I moved into the townhome style apartment in July and we have been very happy here. The area is wonderful- safe, close to restaurants, grocery stores, and hwy 40, and a quick 10-15 drive to downtown Raleigh.
  The management here have been nothing but friendly to me and my boyfriend. The ladies in the office are amazing and always smiling. The maintence guys are super helpful and friendly as well! They respond quickly to maintence requests and follow up to assure that things have been properly taken care of. As in just about any apartment, things go wrong. We had a pipe bust during he snow storm, and while the whole state of North Carolina was shut down, they had maintence guys come in within the hour! I have seen a roach maybe 3-4 times in about 8 months we’ve been here (mostly in summer). But I just call and somebody comes by and sprays!
  There is an awesome pool deck with plenty of chairs, workout equipement that I use quite often and is in decent shape, an entry required parking deck, and easy package drop off and pick up from the office.
  I’m very happy here and would recommend this apartment to my closest family and friends.
