  I want to give them more than three stars but I can't yet.
  
  The service is good. The sausage is juicy and delicious. The made-in-house pork rinds are great. But the turkey and brisket were so dry we didn't finish them.
  
  On the plus side for the brisket, their seasoning was distinctive and tasty.
  
  Oh. And their hot vinegar sauce is really delicious.
  
  The manager assured me it wasn't normal. We'll try again in a couple weeks.
