  I was a loyal State Farm customer for 13 years. After how I was treated by "Patty" who works in Sally Cox's office, I am happy to say that I have switched to Progressive. I was never with State Farm because it was the cheapest (it's not); I stayed with State Farm for so long because of the great customer service that I had gotten in the past.
  
  I was called a bad driver and Patty insinuated that I was lying about my driving record (I've been stopped three times ever!). Long story short: State Farm raised my rates by over $30 per month because I made a claim when my car was hit (while legally parked).
  
  STATE FARM: You have lost my business because you chose to employ a rude office worker, I was told that I was not allowed to speak with my agent (THANKS FOR NOTHING, SALLY COX), and you raised my rates after 13 years of coverage for making a claim. You guys are worthless.
