  It took almost 30 minutes after the showtime before the previews(then the movie) started playing correctly and no apology or anything was said or given to the audience. So, 7 minutes after the scheduled showtime, only sound is playing with no video on screen. I walked outside and notified an employee who then redirected me to a manager who said she would take care of it. It took an additional 20 minutes before the video finally showed on the screen, and then the previews were reset. On top of that, the lights turned on in the middle of the movie for a few seconds and then thankfully dimmed back down. My previous experiences with this Crossroads 20 have been mostly alright, some past movies(previews start) have been delayed 5-10 minutes. My biggest gripe about this theater is that there is rarely someone there at the start of the previews checking to make sure everything is working properly (audio/ video). One would think that would be the protocol, but it just isn't. Even the responses by Regal on these reviews seems to be an automated system.
