  I still can't believe the sub standard care I received at this office. Went in with back pain, was prescribed a few standard prescription. In a couple days had horrible reaction to meds went back to office and was totally ignored even though I had made an appt.Long story short went to the hospital after spending several days at Rex I needed a referral to an Ortho this office told me I had to wait 72 hrs for that. Called my ins and was informed that was NOT TRUE AT ALL. The referral is one phone call from your primary. If you have had back pain you ķnow72 he's is an eternity. They didn't want to be bothered..I lodged a complaint with my ins carrier and got a referral in 5 mins.
