  This program is great. Not to say it is easy, because it is not. Be so worth it! The coaches Ingrid and Micha will push you and encourage you, they are great and will scale the program to your ability. I started in January and have not missed my 3 times a week yet. Sometimes feel like I need to go more. Only downside is I need to buy some new pants as the ones I have seem to be getting too big. Good luck and come join us!
