  I have been coming to H&R Block for years, however, this year was my last time. I had an easy tax form, nonetheless it took 3 people and 3 hours to complete. My tax "professional" was not knowledgable, talked down to me, and repeatedly asked me the same questions over and over. 2 other people, including the manager, had to come help her and none of them were capable of doing simple math. The manager was unprofessional and yelled at the employee in front of me. I understand that there are new hires, but you cannot have them work on someone's taxes when they clearly have a lack of understanding about what they are doing. The fact that I was there for 3 HOURS on top of OVERPAYING (more than double what I paid last year for the same form) even though I had to sit through this experience of being treated like a child by my tax "professional" and then watch the manager act so unprofessionally completely turned me off from H&R Block. I highly recommend that everyone save their money and your time and go elsewhere.
