    We highly recommend Ron at HomeVestors! We have known Ron for many years and he is a trustworthy man of integrity. We had an excellent and smooth experience. We are a young family of 6 and were living in a small home. Although we needed a quieter street and more space, we did not feel that we could afford anything that we would want in our area. We also did not have the money to invest into our home to make it "market ready". Ron (a great friend of ours) gave us a great deal on our new home and bought our former home--all in the same day! What a dream! We didn't have to fix up our old home, got a fair price, and bought our new home all in a couple of hours. What I appreciate about Ron is that he gave us a chance, bought our house that needed a good amount of work, responded quickly to emails and calls, and didn't give up when there were bumps in the road. Thank you so much!

    My wife saw a commercial on television about HomeVestors and thought it might be the best way to sell my previous house. I live in Durham, NC and Ron Jacobsen was the representative that met me. Ron was professional, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. My experience with HomeVestors was an excellent one thanks to Ron. He was extremely accommodating to our situation and was always kind and helpful throughout the entire process. He never made us feel like a burden to him. I even got a chance to meet some of the crew working on the house and they were extremely nice and helpful as well. I have already recommended HomeVestors to someone who needed to sell a property but didn’t have the finances or time to prepare the property to put on the market. HomeVestors was a lifesaver for me and I enthusiastically recommend it to anyone without reservation.
