  I been a resident here with my partner for over 2 years now before it was Gregory North & South. I have a quaint 1 bedroom apartment on the second floor. Like many apartments you will have issues. Fortunately, the maintenance here will do anything in their power to fix all our issues expeditiously. These apartments were built in the 70's so you will come across issues like anywhere else. In the reviews I see alot of people complaining about things but never see people (rarely) commend the Maintenance staff for their hard work. Now that Gregory owns way more apartments then a year or two ago you would think that it would take longer for issues to get fixed, this is not the case. I love the staff here. They are always on point.

  So disappointed with this company management.
  Me & brother came in to lease an apartment they gave us a quote which we went in three days later & they had already leased the apartment which is of course understandable. So we looked at a different quote we liked it agreed even went to see the display apartment. So we went in to the office to fill out the application & pay the application fee & the administration fee. Once we were all set we left. Then my brother had to go back to take some pay Stubs the same day & for some reason the leasing agent or I’m not sure what she is, her name natasha or nastashia told my brother the other lady (leasing agent as well) had gave us the wrong pricing. AFTER we signed & agreed & paid for everything & we were suppose to just wait on the approval of the application. Well she changed the pricing of course it went up much more from the first & second quote & after we signed & pay everything they needed us too. So I decided it’s not fair they gave us a second quote we agreed signed & paid the fees & Natasha came & changed the price. So we asked to cancel everything & get a refund back she barely spoke to us; the manager didn’t even come out to handle this. So she went in to her managers office & came out saying we’d get the refund in a month . In total it would was $300 , $200 for the administration fee & $50 each for the application. We only received $200. & my brother called 3 weeks ago & the manager wouldn’t be back til Thursday , so I called the week after that & they told me the same thing. So I didn’t call last Friday because I work & we aren’t allowed to be on our phones. So I called today to speak to a supervisor in charge I believe she is the assistant manager she said. I spoke to her & all she said “i don’t know what happen but once u sign & pay for the application fee even if it’s approved decline or cancelled there is no refund. It was impossible for someone to change the price after everything being paid for.” She didn’t even bother to here out what happened & she said I could go in & speak about it but for what if she already sounded rude & definitely not trying to understand me, so that would just waste my time. I understand why it has the stars it has on the reviews. I DO NOT recommend these apartment complex & their dishonest rude management !!!!! Thank god we found a WAY better & nicer apartments!
