  Very unhappy with the lack of communication on their employee's part. Manager not willing to work with me to correct their wrong. Pick up took forever as well. Took them days to contact me to pick up and then couldn't handle the amount of customers in their store. If I could give zero stars I would.

  We had an appointment that had been scheduled for about a month. The day of the appointment, we arrived early. They were not open. A sign on the door said they would open later than our scheduled appointment. I saw people inside so I knocked on the door. A lady came to the door and let me in. She said all appointments had been canceled for the day and that we should have been notified. She couldn't explain why we were not. She said we would have to reschedule. She was quite short with me, as if I had done something wrong. She never apologized for their error. We did not reschedule. We will not be going back to that business.
