  Just returned from their VW location in Cary.
  Work was professional and of solid quality.... had two minior dents removed from a Porsche. Had appoingtment at 11AM and they were on time.
  While work was first class, price was not.
  Car was taken at 11:08 and returned at 11:54. Less than 46 minutes of work for over $224.
  Again, quality work, good customer service, however, very, very pricey.
  Don't know how much VW takes in the transaction, but suspect it is in the range of 50% plus. Even $140 (w/o VW overhead) is pricey for two very small cosmetic dents.
  Would recommend on quality, but the value equation (value equals benefits less costs) is debatable.
