  These people do not care to help you! Water heater went out and they waited a whole day to call the plumber. Would not allow for me to call my own plumber due to "insurance purposes". When I told the "lady" that I had to miss a day of work due to having no hot water she told me that there was no reason for me to miss work because I can heat my own water on the stove...and carry it up a flight of stairs to the tub?!?! And who will meet the plumber if I am at work? At my professional job with no shower? DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY AND DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! STAY AWAY!
