  Our first dealing with Bryton wasn't very impressive. We had a remodel project that was outside the scope of what they really want to do. That's fine, you know your limitations. I'm not going to fault you for that.
  
  We now have a second project that we are considering them for, as based on our last contact it should be within their scope. We had some questions and didn't want to have to go through the whole sales pitch just to get a few upfront questions answered. We thought we would go to the showroom and get our answers and then schedule the sales visit if the products would fit what we wanted to do. Don't waste your time at the showroom. The site says there is a wide variety of bathrooms on display, there aren't. The one person that works there is just an appointment setter and knows nothing about the products or process and said that the stuff in the showroom is not installed using the normal products, so it is not a representation of what they install.
  
  I'm sure we'll get the information from the sales pitch, I was trying to not waste our time and theirs if we could get the answers up front.
