  This 5-star rating was completely giving based on the thought, care, empathy, and professionalism shown by Akeem ... Grant it, I did not have a bad experience, but at the same the quote time of 90 minutes turned into more like 180! To make a long story short ... I went for an inspection, oil change, and tire rotation ... Oil change and rotation went well ... inspection not so much LOL ... as I needed a new battery they removed the old one and put the new one it but that reset the system and as such I was unable to get my inspection on top of some other things that just kept delaying the process. Bu really at the end of the day everything was good, car run great, staff was friendly ... I'm happy!
