  I was extremely impressed with the high level of communication, customer service, and price of Advanced Computer. I worked with the manager, Cullen, and could not have been any more impressed by his friendliness and knowledge of computers. I came in with a small issue expecting to be charged an arm and a leg just to have someone look at it. To my shock, they gave me a free evaluation on the problem with a more than reasonable estimate on the repair. Other local places were trying to charge me literally three times the amount for the same work as Advanced Computer. Upon pick-up I was shown what specifically was done with my computer and they already had it hooked up to a monitor to prove everything worked- which was fantastic. I cannot speak any more highly of this place, or their manager Cullen. I also had the opportunity to meet the owner, Phil. He was an extremely nice, down-to-earth guy with a passion for helping people. I am always leery of "tech" places trying to take advantage of customers but from the moment I walked in the door here those fears were instantly put at ease. If anyone needs computer support I cannot recommend this place more!!!!!!! You'd be a complete clown to go anywhere else but here. Great knowledgeable people, fantastic prices, trustworthy work.
